Adam has 30 years of experience in the food service industry, beginning as a project manager with Hardee’s Equipment Division out of Rocky Mount, NC.  In 1999, Frank Griffin hired Adam, where he immediately became part owner (at that time called Griffin-Hale and Associates); he has been an owner and sales manager at Griffin Marketing Group ever since.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Adam has a range of hobbies, including bowling (with a remarkable 210 average and several perfect games to his name) and sports memorabilia buying/selling- with a heavy emphasis on baseball cards.  Adam also sits on the board for a Raleigh-based dog rescue organization and enjoys spending time with his black lab.

Adam is getting ready (late July 2023) to be the proud grandpa of twin girls!
