Matt is a native of Salisbury, NC, and a graduate of N.C. State University in Raleigh, NC. In 1998, he moved to Orlando, FL, for an internship with the Walt Disney Company and continued working for Disney for three years. In 2001, he returned to Salisbury, married his wife Dana, and worked at his family’s lighting and electrical supply business, where he continued for the next decade before joining Griffin Marketing in May of 2011 as an inside sales associate and estimator. Matt enjoys exploring Carolina’s coast and mountains with his family and following most sports. He has a passion for following N.C. State athletics and his daughter’s volleyball teams, as well as playing the occasional round of golf.
